Ms. Webb has been an entrepeneur for many years.  She has run retail businesses and service businesses.  Her most recent endeavors have been in Appreciation Marketing (TM), where she helps businesses and individuals stay connected and improve their relationships (professional and personal) through a unique online card and gift company - SendOutCards.

Dr. Webb has spent nearly 30 years in heatlhcare.  A clinician and business person, he has a unique perspective on the delivery of healthcare and specifically, the clinical trials (research and development) business sector.

Dr. Webb has spent the last 10 years in pharmaceutical sponsor and site side executive roles.  He has spent the last 5 years as Vice President and Executive Vice President of Business Development for several large, dedicated research centers.  His ability to evaluate a research protocol for the scientific and business merits is due to his unique educational qualifications.  He has become adept at understanding cost structures and negotiating favorable budgets for the research sites.  He is also able to fill the study pipelines for research sites.

Dr. Webb has spent the last 10 years developing relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare as well as key customers with Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Service Providers.
